During our Christmas vacation, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. the view from the room was stunning, and we loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help us with any request. the hotel's location was perfect, close to many popular attractions and landmarks.
We did not receive a confirmation call from the hotel, and when we tried to call the property owner, we did not get a response. We had to call multiple times, which was frustrating.
